Govt has failed miserably on Sarabjit's issue: BJP

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday charged the UPA 2 government of failing miserably in its efforts to get death row Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh back to India on humanitarian grounds.
