Happy with the scheme, free medicine to all: PM

Addressing a gathering after inaugurating the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Lady Hardings Medical College in New Delhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh hailed the government's decision to provide free medicine to its people, by saying that it would surely lighten the expenditure burden on the common man.
