Honey may prevent ageing

It's high time for people, who tend to avoid honey in their belief that it's high in calories, to start having it and that too may be everyday. According to a latest study in New Zealand, honey could help counter the effects of ageing and decrease anxiety. The research also revealed that honey may improve memory due to its antioxidant properties, which help to prevent free radicals from damaging cells in the body.
