India, China begin border talks

India and China began their two-day border talks in India's southern hill resort of Coonoor on Saturday. The Indian delegation at the 10th round of border talks is being led by National Security Advisor M. K. Narayanan while Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo heads the Chinese delegation. The giant Asian neighbours are trying to resolve a long-lingering Himalayan frontier dispute at the center of mistrust between them.
