India-China formal talks on border peace begins today

India and China will hold formal talks on the issues of border, trade and peace respectively on Monday. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang currently on a visit to India met Manmohan Singh in New Delhi earlier on Sunday. They discussed crucial bilateral issues in the course of their parleys.
