India, China hold second flag meet over Ladakh incursion

India and China held a second flag meet on Tuesday to discuss the situation arising out of about 15 to 20 Chinese soldiers being stationed at a remote camp some 10 kilometres within Indian Territory in Ladakh since April 15. China has however denied that its troops have crossed into Indian territory.
