India, Germany gear up for talks

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who is in Berlin on a three-day official visit, will participate in the second annual German-Indian government consultations on Thursday. During this visit Singh will hold wide range of discussions to strengthen bilateral ties with Germany.
