Indo-China joint drill to have positive impact: Antony

In the induction ceremony of biggest transport aircraft C-17 into Indian Air Force, defence minister AK Antony on Monday expressed optimism towards a better relationship with China. He also felt that talks between two countries will help to sort out the ongoing border issue.
