Japan Foreign Minister to meet Pranab

Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Koumura and his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee will be meeting in New Delhi to discuss the Indo-US atomic energy pact and other regional issues on Tuesday. Koumura is the first top envoy from a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group to visit India since the UN's atomic watchdog approved a pact with New Delhi.
