Kishtwar hydroelectric plant will increase employment: Sonia

Congress president Sonia Gandhi on her visit to Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of a hydroelectric power project in Kishtawar and assured that the project would bring employment opportunities to the locals.
