Kishtwar: Kitchloo resigns as J&K MoS home

After coming under attack by the BJP and the PDP over the Kishtwar violence, Jammu and Kashmir Home Minister, Sajjad Ahmad Kitchloo, on Monday tendered his resignation. The minister said he is taking the moral responsibility for the communal clashes in the town.
