Kitchen staff applies stitches at UP hospital

In a shocking incident a kitchen staff and ward boy were found putting stiches on a concious patient in presence of the doctor at a government medical facility in Bulandshahr. The chief medical officer (CMO) told media persons that the hospital staff has been suspended with immediate effect.
