Left urges Karunanidhi on N-deal issue

The Left Front of the ruling United Progressive Alliance on Sunday met chief of Tamil Nadu, M Karunanidhi for discussion over N-deal. General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist), Prakash Karat and D Raja, leader of Communist Party of India sought Karunanidhi's mediation to resolve the issue as he is an important ally of the ruling coalition.
