Life, health insurance mooted for school teachers

Kapil Sibal, India's Human Resource Development Minister, on Friday mooted a special housing scheme and health insurance for the benefit of schoolteachers, and a finance corporation to grant loans to students. Sibal said the central government would take all steps to address the problems faced by the teaching community.
