Minor gangraped, attacked with acid in UP; 2 arrested

No matter how much UP CM Akhilesh Yadav speaks about protecting women and taking stringent action against rapists; but such incidents are happening in his state everyday. A minor high school student was gangraped by 4 people who later tried to kill her.
