MP minister admits state has become the rape capital

The state home minister of Madhya Pradesh realsed shocking statistics during the Parliament session. According to the National Crime Records Bureau, of the 3676 rape cases recorded in the past two years 3176 concerned minors. The stats also reveal that 1383 women were killed in this period.
