NCW wants action against cops in Bengal rape case

NCW chairperson Mamta Sharma on Thursday said that the West Bengal government and chief minister Mamata Banerjee must take serious action against police negligence in the Madyamgram gangrape case. Sharma said that the victim should have been given protection after she was raped first.
