Contending that it is 'too early' to point fingers at any group for the recent triple blasts in Mumbai, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, urged Pakistan to reckon the devastating effects of extremist violence both within its own territory as well as in the subcontinent. She said this on the sidelines of a function hosted to mark the opening of an exhibition on Indian classical dances, conceived by renowned art critic Mohan Khokar, organised by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) at New Delhi on Sunday.
