Parliament paralysis, negation of democracy: PM

Even as the Monsoon Session of the Parliament was washed off completely on Friday, owing to the opposition's adamant demand for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation over the infamous Coalgate Scam, Singh on Friday said that the Parliament paralysis was a negation of democracy.
