Patil pays homage to Auschwitz concentration camp victims

President Pratibha Devisingh Patil on a visit to Poland, on Sunday paid homage to the victims of the Auschwitz concentration camp, where Nazi forces killed at least 1.1 million Jews during World War II. Visiting the concentration camps put up by Nazis during World War II, Patil described them as a reminder of the victory of the good over evil.
