Peaceful protests allowed after Delhi CM's request to home ministry

Taking into account people's sentiments after the death of the Delhi gangrape victim, Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit requested to home ministry to allow peaceful protests. Delhi Police has allowed peaceful protests at Jantar Mantar and Ramlila Maidan.
