People should not comment in sub-judice matter: Manish Tewari on PC Parekh's remark

Reacting to former coal secretary PC Parakh's charge on Coalgate, Congress leader and information and broadcasting minister Manish Tewari on Wednesday said that it is inappropriate for people to comment on a matter which is sub-judice.
