PM hits campaign trail in UP

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today hit the campaign trail in poll bound UP. Addressing a rally in Kanpur, Singh exuded confidence that the Congress would form the government in the state under the leadership of party president Sonia Gandhi and General Secretary Rahul Gandhi.
