PM releases UPA's report card

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said the higher rates of investment and growth have helped generate employment and reduce poverty in the country. Giving a report card on the occasion of completion of three years of the United Progressive Alliance Government at the Centre, Singh also said that measures taken by the government to tame inflation were beginning to show results.
