Politicians incited Muzaffarnagar riots: Rahul

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday addressed party rally in Aligarh for national polls due by May, and attacked the Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh for its failures saying the riots in Muzaffarnagar were created, they didn't happen.
