Pravasi Bhartiya Divas an effort to build foreign ties : Vayalar Ravi

Union Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs, Vayalar Ravi said the Indian government started a programme named - Pravasi Bhartiya Divas (PBD) to build a strong understanding and connectivity with foreign governments and the Indians residing there.
