Progress a priority: Mamata

Railway minister Mamata Banerjee while interacting with media persons at Kolkata on Sunday stated the development of West Bengal as her priority. Meanwhile, cabinet minister Kapil Sibal in New Delhi candidly opined that he was not eyeing any particular portfolio in the new government.
