Putin arrives in New Delhi, big defence deals expected

Russian PM Vladimir Putin, who is on a two-day visit to India, arrived in New Delhi. Russia and India are expected to sign over a dozen deals worth $10 billion and also finalise policies on the way forward on Afghanistan during Puntin's visit.
