Rahul assures to 'develop' UP

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi today told party activists at a rally in Balrampur that he would take all steps necessary to develop Uttar Pradesh, if the Congress came to power in the state. The leader also continued his attack on state chief minister Mayawati, saying that her Bahujan Samaj Party had done nothing for the state.
