Rahul attacks Maya govt

Attacking the Mayawati government, Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi on Monday said that it was time for a 'change' in the state. Rahul was speaking as part of his rally at Phulpur in Allahabad, kicking off his party's campaign for the 2012 Uttar Pradesh polls. Rahul also slammed the UP government for establishing 'mafia rule' in the state.
