Rahul Gandhi has no solid model for development: BJP

Even as BJP Rajya Sabha MP Najma Heptullah hit out at Congress vice president, Rahul Gandhi saying he didn't have any solid model for development, Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh on Sunday said that Najma's comment highlighted the bad influence of the BJP on her.
