RBI keeps key rates unchanged, cuts SLR to 23%

Citing inflationary pressures, the Reserve Bank of India today left interest rates unchanged, but cut its statutory liquidity ratio by one percentage point to 23%. RBI further kept its policy repo rate at 8% and left the cash reserve ratio for banks at 4.75%.
