Rupee falls to 62.35, BJP slams UPA

Even as the Indian rupee fell over 1% on Monday to hit a historic low against the dollar trading at 62.35 surpassing the previous record low of 62.03, the BJP hit out at a clueless UPA Government for mismanagement, holding it responsible for the grim situation.
