Sachin Tendulkar

The name Sachin Tendulkar speaks volumes. The legendary batsman, known as God of Cricket, is a multiple record holder. The Mumbaikar Sachin born 24 April 1973 is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket. Well known as Tendulkar, he is a right handed opening batsman and off-break bowler and has done miracles for team India many times both in bowling and batting as well. The master blaster is the highest run scorer and century maker in the history of ODI cricket. He was a ball boy during the ICC CWC 1987 semi-final between India and England at Wankhede. He is the first player to make an ODI double hundred (in February 2010 against South Africa). It is only he, who always puts on his left pad first and has the India tri-colour pasted inside his kit bag.
