Scale down diplomatic relation with Pak: BJP

In wake of the twin blasts in Hyderabad, BJP chief Rajnath Singh said that the government must scale down diplomatic relations with Pakistan for the time being since it sponsors militant activities. The BJP chief accused Pakistan and its external intelligence agency Inter State Intelligence of being involved in the explosions.
