Somalia pirates hold Himachal boy ransom, family helpless

The sea pirates of Somalia have kept a youth from Himachal captive. They are ready to release the youth who has been in captivity for 20 months, provided 61 imprisoned pirates are released or a million dollar in cash is paid to them.
