Sonia to decide Uttarakhand CM

Congress President Sonia Gandhi is expected to decide the name of the chief minister of Uttarakhand as Congress has emerged as the largest party in state by winning 32 seats in the Assembly election-2012 and is still without any consensus on the name of the chief minister.
