Special monthly railway passes for the poor: Mamata

Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday announced a special monthly passes to poor for a distance of 100 kilometres for just rupees 20. After assuming office at Railway headquarters in Kolkata, the new railway minister said that those earning below rupees 500 per month could avail the facility.
