Spot-fixing: Ajit Chandila gets 3-day police custody

A New Delhi court sent cricketer Ajit Chandila, accused of spot fixing in the Indian Premier League , to police custody for three days today. The Delhi Police told court that Chandila was required to corroborate evidence collected from other accused in the Indian Premier League scam. The court directed the police to produce Chandila on June 20. The court also postponed hearing on bail application of other five accused to June 22.
