State govt ignoring governance: Rita Bahuguna

Reacting on the murder of Former MLA and BSP leader Sarvesh Singh Seepu by assailants, Congress leader, Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Saturday said that governance in any state is the responsibility of the state government, which they are ignoring.
