Terrorists held for threatening sarpanches

Three terrorists of Hizabul Mujahideen outfit have been arrested from Kulgam in Jammu & Kashmir for allegedly threatening village sarpanches. The arrested terrorists are being interrogated for their role in spreading fear among South Kashmiri sarpanches.
