Umpire situation could be handled better: Lehmann

Deccan Chargers coach Darren Lehmann feels that this situation regarding Kumara Sangakkara's dismissal that led to an arguement between Mumbai Indians' Munaf Patel, Harbhajan Singh and umpire Johan Cloete could have been handled better.
