Was mocking luxurious ministers, not poor: Babbar

After Congress spokeperson Raj Babbar's Rs 12 per meal remark brought controversy from different politicos, Babbar clarified his statement saying that he was not making fun of poor as quoted by a Shiv Sena leader, but was making fun of the luxurious ministers who have forgotten their roots.
