Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov heaped praise on his Indian counterpart as he recalled how his 'friend' handled the West's criticism on purchase of Russian oil amid sanctions following Ukraine war. Speaking at the World Youth Forum in Sochi, Lavrov said that Dr S Jaishankar responded to the West by indirectly telling them to mind their own business. Lavrov said this is called national dignity.
