<p>Tattoo artists from Brazil and around the world gathered in Rio de Janeiro on Friday for the opening of the city's "Tattoo Week".With over two hundred stands, tattoo aficionados were able to pick and choose from thousands of designs from the best and most diverse tattoo artists participating in the event, which is now on its third edition.The fair also holds several contests, including "Miss Tattoo", with results to be made public on the last day of the event, January 18.</p>

Meet the dog who rides the bus alone to visit the dog park

<p>A black Labrador named Eclipse just wants to get to the dog park. So if her owner takes too long finishing his cigarette, and their bus arrives, she climbs aboard solo and rides to her stop, to the delight of fellow Seattle bus passengers in USA. It also started one day when the owner Jeff wasn't done with a cigarette when the bus arrived and eclipse went on without him. While local transit officials appreciate that eclipse likes taking the bus alone, they say she would be safer with her owner and on a leash.</p>

Golden Globe Fashion: Sparkly metallics and bright whites

<p>With lots of easy breezy makeup, minimal jewelry and loose hair, the Golden Globes opened the awards season with a red carpet chock-full of sparkly metallics, bright whites and dramatic reds. From Salma Hayek's Alexander McQueen ballgown to Reese Witherspoon's sparkling beige Calvin Klein column, white was the colour of the night. There was also lots of color and sparkle -- along with black and red that took over the red carpet.</p>
