Watch | Van Gogh’s “A Starry Night” recycled in Taiwan

<p>A Taiwanese company has used four million colorful plastic bottles to produce a giant replica of Vincent van Gogh's painting 'The Starry Night' to promote recycling.</p><p>The installation covers 53 hectares of the Starry Paradise park on the outskirts of Keelung City in Taiwan and was opened to the public early this year to mark the 125th anniversary of the Dutch painter's death.</p><p>Van Gogh finished the original piece in 1889, a year before his death, using oil paint on canvas.</p>

Mehta's subjects have battled abusive marriages, drug habits, social exclusion. Through her efforts, she has given them a voice.</p><p>Now, she has collated the stories in a book 'Humans of Bombay: The Book.' Eponymous with the Facebook page, it even features 70 to 80 additional stories that are not yet online.</p>

Glover will be performing at the Stratford-upon-Avon Literary Festival on April 23rd, celebrating the 400th anniversary of the famed author's death.</p>

Watch | Fascinating experiment to create 360-degree portrait images

<p>Canadian artist Eric Pare put his unusual artistic talents to work in October 2015 creating a set of 360 degree portraits for attendees of the AdobeMAX design conference in Los Angeles. The images are all from a 360 angle showing people half shrouded in darkness wielding lit up shapes.</p><p>Pare told Reuters that the photographs are created using 32 cameras mounted on a rig.</p><p>Pare added that he uses various light-emitting tools such flashlights, led strips or coloured tubes, and moves the light around his subject thus generating a light trace and “the light itself”.</p><p>Pare said that he has been showcasing what he describes as his “light-painting technique” world-wide since 2013.</p>

The world auction record for any diamond or gemstone was set in 2015 when a 12.03-carat cushion-shaped blue diamond was sold in Geneva for $48.5 million. </p>

<p>The World Health Organization's (WHO) cancer agency says processed meats such as ham and sausage can lead to colon and other cancers, and red meat is probably cancer-causing as well.</p><p>Researchers from the WHO's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in Lyon, released an evaluation on Monday of more than 800 studies from several continents about meat and cancer.</p><p>Based on that evaluation, they classified processed meat as “carcinogenic to humans” - in the same category as cigarettes - and red meat as “probably carcinogenic to humans.”</p>
