As the national capital gradually emerges out of a severe wave of Covid-19 infections, a water crisis has hit some areas. Residents of Vivekananda Camp in Chanakyapuri complained of water shortage, exacerbated by the erratic schedule of tankers. Residents were seen crowding around the tanker without practicing social distancing. Some didn't even wear masks.
