Facing heat, Haryana deputy CM Dushyant Chautala condemned the 'break heads' direction of the Karnal SDM Ayush Sinha. He assured that his government will take action against the SDM, who is an IAS officer. "Whatever the IAS officer has said about farmers is condemnable. I am told he has issued a clarification that he was not able to sleep for two days. But the IAS officer should know that farmers too do not sleep for 200 nights out of 365 in a year. It is condemnable that an IAS officer used such words against farmers. IAS officers are trained to balance their integrity and actions; but action will be taken for sure," Chautala said. SDM Karnal had triggered a big row after he was heard telling cops to break the heads of farmers in a video. "Nobody will cross this barricade. Let me make it clear, break the head of whoever crosses this barricade. I am the duty magistrate and I am giving you in writing," he had said.
