'Major crime': PM Modi blasts Cong; blames it for covid spread during first wave

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday blamed Congress party for the spread of coronavirus in the country during first lockdown. The PM claimed that Congress party spread the covid by sending migrant workers to their home states from Mumbai. He was replying to the motion of thanks on the President's address in the Lok Sabha.
