Russian air attack on Sumy kills nearly a dozen, claims Ukraine amid ceasefire

Russia's attack on Ukraine gets fierce day by day. On day 13 of the war, Ukraine has made a big claim that Russian jets bombed a civilian area in Sumy. Ukraine has claimed that many people including children are among the dead. The attack on a civilian area in Sumy comes just when Russia declared a ceasefire for the evacuation of war-affected citizens. This comes as over 700 Indian students are still stranded in Sumy, waiting for the Indian govt's help.
